This house combines space, light and comfort in an environment where you want to be at any time of the year. The living room, with direct access to the outside, is the place where you can socialize, have your meals and relax. It is the meeting point, connecting the four bedrooms, two of which are en suite, and the fully equipped kitchen.

Natural light is the soul of this house. Two large front windows let the landscape in, while the bedroom doors, with direct access to the outside, reinforce the continuous connection with nature. The two windows in the bathrooms ensure natural ventilation, keeping the environment fresh and airy. Aluminum windows, with thermal break and double glazing, guarantee not only brightness, but also thermal comfort in all seasons. The three bathrooms are covered in microcement, providing a sophisticated touch and greater durability.

It also has the particularity of having two pergolas, which extend life to the outside. More than just outdoor spaces, they are invitations to slow down and feel the space around you.
Designed to blend into the landscape, they provide shade, extending the house beyond its walls.

House structure

The house is based on a solid structure, designed not only to offer maximum comfort, but also to be highly resistant and durable. Built with “ground screw” foundations (or concrete foundations if desired), it has a structure and coverings in treated glued laminated wood and solid wild pine wood treated in an autoclave, in a wood frame construction system.

The roof is made up of a sandwich panel and waterproofing with asphalt fabric, and can be either single-pitch or double-pitch in tiles or zinc sheets. The walls have wood fiber insulation, transpir and vapor screens, and the floor insulation is XPS.

On the outside, we have the option of finishing with a wooden lining or painted hood. Pergolas made of glued laminated wood, top and side slats and deck flooring.

The internal finishing of the walls is in wood lining or plasterboard with paint and the ceiling is finished in wood bark. The floor is multi-layered in riga and microcement in wet areas.
