At Casa Terra T0, every detail was thought out to create a fluid and functional space. The kitchen, living room and bedroom are harmoniously integrated into an open space that is fully equipped and ready for use by one person or a couple. The large window that connects to the outside is made of aluminum, with thermal break and double glazing, ensuring the optimization of the temperature inside the house throughout the day, in addition to natural light. The bathroom also has a window, and the floor is covered in microcement to ensure durability and comfort. Like all Terra Houses, the external wooden deck invites you to slow down outside the home, in tune with the essential – nature.

House structure

The house is based on a solid structure, designed not only to offer maximum comfort, but also to be highly resistant and durable. Built with “ground screw” foundations (or concrete foundations if desired), it has a structure and coverings in treated glued laminated wood and solid wild pine wood treated in an autoclave, in a wood frame construction system.

The roof is made up of a sandwich panel and waterproofed with asphalt sheeting. The walls have wood fiber insulation, transpir and vapor screens, and the floor insulation is XPS.

The internal finishing of the walls is in wood lining or plasterboard with paint and the ceiling is finished in wood bark. The floor is multi-layered in riga and microcement in wet areas.
