This model with more than 90 m² and 1 deck (28 m²) is the perfect choice to raise a family, welcome guests and create memories.

This model can be divided into two main areas: the common area and the bedroom area. The common area is a living room/kitchen located at the centre of the house. It has a very large window with aluminium frames, thermal cut and double glazing that fills the space with natural light and extends the room into the deck, creating a large single area where the indoors merge with the outdoors. The open-plan kitchen has direct access to the deck and was designed to make communal living easier and more practical. The bedroom area, with a single circulation space, allows for a clear distinction between the areas. The house has three bedrooms, all of which have windows to the outside, and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom, making it perfect for a family with children. The bathrooms come fully equipped and have microcement flooring for added comfort.

House structure

The house is based on a solid structure, designed not only to offer maximum comfort, but also to be highly resistant and durable. Built with “ground screw” foundations (or concrete foundations if desired), it has a structure and coverings in treated glued laminated wood and solid wild pine wood treated in an autoclave, in a wood frame construction system.

The roof is made up of a sandwich panel and waterproofing with asphalt fabric, and can be either single-pitch or double-pitch in tiles or zinc sheets. The walls have wood fiber insulation, transpir and vapor screens, and the floor insulation is XPS.

On the outside, we have the option of finishing with a wooden lining or painted hood. Pergolas made of glued laminated wood, top and side slats and deck flooring.

The internal finishing of the walls is in wood lining or plasterboard with paint and the ceiling is finished in wood bark. The floor is multi-layered in riga and microcement in wet areas.
