This house with more than 70 m² and 2 decks (28 m² + 19.95 m²) provides extra comfort in every space, both inside and outside.

With its unique design and several distinct areas, this model can be easily adapted to different lifestyles. The living room/kitchen is in the centre of the house, connecting all remaining areas. The house has two decks that can be accessed from the living room/kitchen by two large windows with aluminium frames, thermal cut and double glazing. Both outdoor spaces have pergolas to separate the dining area from the lounge area. The open-plan kitchen is practical and creates a more sociable and fluid experience. The bathrooms come fully equipped and have microcement flooring for added comfort. The two bedrooms offer excellent surface areas and good natural lighting (one of them has direct access to the outside), which make them the perfect place to wake up in the countryside or on the beach and feel nature all around you.

House structure

The house is based on a solid structure, designed not only to offer maximum comfort, but also to be highly resistant and durable. Built using ground screws as foundations, its structure and cladding are made of treated glued laminated timber and autoclave treated solid pine wood, in a wood-frame construction system.

The roof covering consists of sandwich panels with asphalt fabric for waterproofing. The walls have wood fibre insulation, breather membranes, and vapour barriers, and the flooring is insulated with XPS [extruded polystyrene].

There are two finishes available for the exterior walls: wood cladding or painted ETICS [external thermal insulation composite system]. The pergolas are made of glued laminated timber, top and side laths, and deck flooring.

The interior walls can have wood panelling or painted plasterboard finishes, whereas the ceilings have a Nordic Pine finish. Multilayer flooring is used with Riga wood and microcement in wet areas.
