With that in mind, we created our own models, which include numerous advantages over traditional solutions (in masonry), such as the use of wood as the main resource (an eco-friendly material), the speed of construction (8 to 12 weeks) or the superior quality of the insulation, which greatly improves the energy efficiency of the homes. At Odum, we are committed to providing sustainable housing solutions. We called our first models "Terra" [Earth].

Earth is the origin. The foundation. The inspiration. It makes everything possible. It's the source of the materials we work with. It's the planet we respect. That's why it's only fair to give our homes that name.

The Terra models have a clean line architectural design, where everything has been carefully crafted to ensure maximum comfort for anyone looking for a laid-back and carefree lifestyle. Our homes come in different sizes and layouts to meet different needs, but they all share the same concern for sustainability. We have our own assembly teams that ensure turnkey solutions, but we can also provide architectural and construction projects.
