With this in mind, we have created our own models, in which we have found numerous advantages over traditional solutions (in masonry), such as the use of wood as the main resource (ecological material), the speed of construction (8 to 12 weeks) or the superior quality of the insulation, which greatly improves the energy efficiency of the houses. At Odum, we are committed to sustainable housing solutions. We called our first models Terra.
